Proposed Lease Variation

The Canberra Services Club (CSC) has a long history starting in October 1939, following the outbreak of the Second World War, the Canberra Volunteers' (later Services) Welfare Association was formed. It quickly set out to provide comforts for local service personnel. The provision of comforts and hospitality to service men and women was a feature of the home front during both world wars.
