Class Descriptions
Overload: Using a weights Bar and various weights, this class targets the whole body and is great for toning up the whole body.
Step Aerobics: Using an aerobics step and a combination of step moves, this class is great for toning the butt and legs and also a great cardio workout.
Boxercise: Using a variety of boxing combination with boxing gloves and vocus mitts, this class is excellent for cardio vascular development.
Aqua Aerobics: Using a variety of aerobic moves against the waters resistance, this class is low impact and easy on the joints and a great workout.
Tae Kwon Do: This class is a self defence class using blocks, kicks and punches and is great for co-ordination, flexibility, speed and discipline.
Boot Camp: Meet at the canberra club and have a slow jog or fast walk down to the lake and utilising the latest martial arts kicks/drills and army fitness drills, this session is an awesome cardio workout.
Yoga/Pilates: This class is excellent for relaxation and stretching. Our very experienced instructor will help align your body and make you feel great.
